The method for determining the resource priority can include: performing, on a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH), at least one of the following operations: performing energy detection to obtain a detection result and performing information decoding to obtain a decoding result; and weighting at least one of the detection result and the decoding result to determine a priority of a PSCCH resource, or determining the priority of the PSCCH resource according to at least one of the detection result and the decoding result.
