For example, the apparatus generally includes (1) a processing system configured to select a first address from a plurality of addresses associated with the apparatus, said plurality of addresses including the first address and one or more second addresses and generate a frame having (i) a header having the first address (ii) a first portion having one or more indications of the one or more second addresses and (iii) a second portion comprising first parameters for communication with the apparatus and (2) an interface configured to output the frame for transmission.
