The method may include receiving, by a user equipment, an indication of an identity of a local server configured to provide, in the serving public land mobile network, information regarding a vehicle-based service, when the user equipment enters a region of the serving public land mobile network; and discovering, by the user equipment, the local server based on the received indication of the identity.
