A method may include sending, to a network node of a first network, a first message including an indication that a disaster condition applies to a second network when the disaster condition applies to the second network. The method may also include sending a second message to the network node of the first network including an indication that the disaster condition no longer applies to the second network when the disaster condition no longer applies to the second network.
