A control member 30 is coupled to a second frame 25 at a first coupling position P1 and is coupled to a first frame 20 at a second coupling position P2 provided below the first coupling position P1. Controlling the control member 30 makes the height of the first coupling position P1 adjustable. The tilt of the second frame 25 is changed in response to the height of the first coupling position P1.
