摘要： A tilt structure to be provided allows the tilt of a console to be changed through simple motion and has a simple configuration. A link mechanism (a mechanism similar to a slider crank mechanism) composed of three turning pairs and one sliding pair is formed using a first frame 20, a second frame 25, a slider 37, and a connection member 30. The tilt structure includes a control member 40 or 47 for fixing or unfixing the tilt of the second frame 25. The control member 40 or 47 is provided controllably in order to lock or unlock motion of the link mechanism.

摘要： An armrest structure easily adjustable in position with one hand includes an armrest portion attached to a fixed frame to be swingable horizontally, and the armrest portion includes a button member disposed to be push-operable, at a front end of the armrest portion, and an urging member configured to urge the button member. The fixed frame and the button member regulate swing of the armrest portion by causing a pin provided on one of the fixed frame and the button member to engage with an engagement groove provided on the other of the fixed frame and the button member. The urging member urges the button member in a direction in which the pin and the engagement groove engage with each other. When the button member is pushed in against urging force of the urging member, the pin disengages from the engagement groove to enable the armrest portion to swing.

摘要： There is provided a rope reel provided in a recoil starter including: a rope holding groove; a flange portion disposed on both sides of the rope holding groove; a through hole provided in the flange portion and configured to allow an end of the rope wound around the rope holding groove to pass through; and an arch portion provided on a side surface of the rope reel and adjacent to the through hole. The arch portion is configured such that the rope is inserted therein, and the arch portion is capable of holding the inserted rope along the side surface of the rope reel. According to the above configuration, a front end portion of the rope is prevented from interfering with a rotation member at an engine side.

摘要： A rope reel includes first circumferential wall portion that is erectly provided so as to surround outer circumference of recoil spring. A starter case includes second circumferential wall portion that is erectly provided so as to adjoin inner circumferential face or outer circumferential face of first circumferential wall portion. The first circumferential wall portion and the second circumferential wall portion are disposed so that end edges of the first circumferential wall portion and the second circumferential wall portion overlap each other when viewed in radial direction. A plate is disposed between starter case and recoil spring inside first circumferential wall portion. Thus, it is possible to provide structure which is realized in space-saving manner to make foreign substances difficult to intrude into starting device in order to prevent deformation or damage of recoil spring, and from which the foreign substances are easily discharged even if foreign substances have intruded.

摘要： A recoil starter featuring a capability of efficiently cooling an engine, easy fabrication and handlings of a power storage spiral spring and an enhanced assemblability is provided. The recoil starter comprises: a starter case unitary with a starter shaft; a one way clutch mechanism comprising a cylinder cam mounted to the starter shaft, a cup-shaped pulley mounted on an engine side, and a ratchet mechanism mounted to the pulley or the cylinder cam and brought into or out of engagement with the cylinder cam or the cup-shaped pulley; a reel pivotally mounted to the starter shafts; a recoil spiral spring anchored to the starter case and the reel at both ends thereof and biased in a direction to wind up the rope; and a power storage spiral spring accommodated in a cassette type spring case and operative to resiliently transmit a reel torque to the cylinder cam when the rope is pulled out, wherein air inlet ports for introducing a cooling air for engine are disposed at an outside surface and outer periphery of the starter case, a side surface of the reel and a side surface of the spring case for the power storage spiral spring.
