摘要： According to one embodiment, a throttle adjustment device, for a brush cutter in which an engine is mounted at one end of a handle pipe and in which a throttle adjustment wire extends from a throttle of the engine, include: a throttle lever having an operation portion to be operated by the user; a sub lever having a holding portion to be connected with an extending end of the throttle adjustment wire; a case to be fixed to the handle pipe, the throttle lever and the sub lever being rotatably mounted in the case; and a connecting member configured to bring the throttle lever and the sub lever into: an interlocked state where the throttle is adjustable in accordance with an operation amount of the throttle lever; or an un-interlocked state where the throttle is not adjustable regardless of the operation amount of the throttle lever.

摘要： To provide a recoil starter which is provided with a ratchet member smoothly sliding on an inner peripheral surface of a drive pulley and capable of being manufactured at a low cost. A recoil starter is provided with a circular cross section ratchet member rotatably mounted on a shaft hole. The ratchet member is configured by: a rotary shaft portion inserted into the shaft hole; an arm portion bent at a substantially right angle and extending from the rotary shaft portion; and a distal end portion bent parallel to the rotary shaft portion and extending from the arm portion. The ratchet member rotates upon rotation of a rope reel in an engine start direction, engages with a drive pulley by the rotation, and transmits torque of the rope reel to the drive pulley.

The throttle control device includes a protruded rim that is formed on one of the outer surfaces of the upper both side walls of the device body and the inner surfaces of both side parts of the cover, a recessed groove capable of slidably engaging with the rim is slantingly formed in the other, the protruded rim is engaged with the recessed groove and slid, and the cover is locked to the device body at its slid end whereby the cover is fixed onto the device body.

The rope reel is directly operably connected to the drive cam through a one-way clutch mechanism. Support plates are formed projected from the inner surface of the starter case toward the outer peripheral surface of the drive cam. Opposite ends of the drive cam are rotatably supportedly fitted into bearing holes formed in the support plates.

One side of the cam is extended to form a cylindrical extended portion, where the rope reel is fitted to an outer side of the cylindrical extended portion. 摘要： A damper spring having a torsion coil spring-like shape is placed on outer peripheries of bosses respectively formed on a rope reel and a cam. The ends of the damper spring are engaged with the rope reel and the cam, respectively, so that the rope reel and the cam are rotatingly coupled with each other. A wire member constituting the damper spring is formed so as to have a section shape in which at least one side is linearly formed, and the damper spring is formed by winding the wire member into a coil-like shape so that the linear portion of the wire member is placed on an inner peripheral side, thereby enabling the inner side face of the damper spring to be tightly wound in a wide area around outer peripheral faces of the bosses.
