Fungicidal dioxolanes of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 represents optionally substituted alkyl, or other radicalsR.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 independently of one another represent hydrogen, alkyl or cycloalkyl, orR.sup.3 and R.sup.4 together represent divalent alkanediyl and/orR.sup.5 and R.sup.6 together represent divalent alkanediyl andA represents nitrogen or a CH group,and addition products thereof with acids and metal salts. Also novel intermediates of the formulas ##STR2##
