The optical recording medium includes a wobbled track to which a wobble signal is recorded, and a wobbled header track to which a wobble header signal comprising header information and predetermined header marks are recorded. Accordingly, the physical geometry of a header area is uniform so that a decrease in the quantity of light reflected is prevented when data is recorded to the optical recording medium.
