Abstract:
Borate phosphors have a formula Zn1-x-yB2O4:Eu3+x, Bi3+y (wherein 0≦x≦0.6 and 0≦y≦0.6) emit visible light under the excitation of ultraviolet light or blue light, and may be further collocated with different colored phosphors to provide a white light illumination device.
