This charge/discharge measuring apparatus is configured such that a current from the secondary battery can be switched between a first connection circuit in which the secondary battery, a load resistor, and a conductor film are connected in series and a second connection circuit in which the secondary battery, a charger, and the conductor film are connected in series. Moreover, this charge/discharge measuring apparatus has a magnetic film arranged in parallel with the conductor film and connected in parallel with connection from the secondary battery to the load resistor and the charger and has a voltage detecting means for detecting a voltage change in the magnetic film.
