The system also includes a first component (104), a second component (106), valves (236, 238) that control flow of the air, and a controller (122) that is configured to control the valves according to a first control mode, in which the air is supplied to the first component by the first compressor stage, and a second control mode, in which the air is supplied to the second component by the second compressor stage.
