The present invention relates to stoppers for medical containers having superior leakage, tightening and barrier properties. The stoppers comprise a butyl based rubber and another stopper component, wherein the combination of the butyl based rubber and the other stopper component results in a reduced leakage of substances compared to the leakage of substances from a stopper made from a butyl based rubber alone. Further the present invention discloses the process of producing a stopper. The invention also relates to a medical container for storing a liquid medicament, comprising a distal and a proximal end portion and at least one wall defining an interior space for such liquid medicament, wherein one of the end portions comprises a stopper as defined by the invention. Another aspect relates to the use of a stopper according to the invention.

Methods and pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of dermatitis are disclosed. 3,4-diarylchromans and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts are formulated into medicaments, including oral and topical medicaments, which are administered to a patient suffering from dermatitis. The methods and compositions are particularly useful in the treatment of conditions characterized by hyperproliferation of keratinocytes, such as psoriasis.
