摘要： The invention relates to a method for controlling at least one safety-relevant component of a motor vehicle, especially an automobile, depending on the driving dynamics of the motor vehicle detected via sensors. The safety-relevant component is activated depending on at least one threshold value that is predefined and adaptable or characteristic of driving safety-critical driving dynamics in such a manner that the risk of a vehicle occupant and/or collision partner of being injured is reduced. According to the invention, the adaptation of the threshold value is coupled to the performance required by the driver in such a manner that the safety-relevant component is activated only if safety-critical driving dynamics resulting from the performance currently required by the driver is rated as involuntary and unchecked driving. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle which comprises such a safety system.
