摘要： According to the inventive sequestering method, iron ions are used in addition to normal sequestering agents which in hypostoichiometric quantities, are able to delay the precipitation of the constituents of water hardness from process water and aqueous solutions. In this way, the precipitation of constituents of water hardness can be reduced considerably. The sequestering agents can optionally be used in the form of concentrates which also contain iron salts.

摘要： Packagings with tenacious strains are detected before or after cleaning in a cleaning plant (4) with known per se cleaning agents by using a sensor device (1, 5) and then are automatically separated out. Subsequently, only the packagings separated out are treated one or more times in at least on separate step with at least one agent not used in the cleaning plant (4) (special processing (3)) which is suited for removing the soiling. The process is particularly economical in that only the strongly soiled packagings need to be subjected to the special processing (3).

The transport devices and/or the devices connected thereto are cleaned and/or disinfected during preselected time intervals and without interrupting the filling and transport operation by using the product concentrate for cleaning and/or disinfecting the transport devices and/or the devices connected thereto once said product concentrate has been diluted with water at a second dilution factor that is smaller than the first dilution factor.
