摘要： The invention relates to a plastic from a group comprising polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polypropylene/ethylene-propylene-diene-rubber (PP/EPDM) or mixtures thereof, wherein the plastic is coated by a primer comprising a halogenized polyolefin, and the primer is coated by an elastic paint cured by polymerization using a radical reaction, wherein the plastic is an expanded plastic, wherein the paint prevents the penetration of moisture.
