According to the exemplary embodiment, the hydrocarbon coating layer having a specific composition is prepared on the silicon oxide particle to prevent elution of residual metal in the silicon oxide particle to increase slurry stability, and in particular, even when the slurry is left for a long time, slurry gas emission may be significantly decreased to increase slurry stability.
