    摘要: The invention concerns a method for detecting manipulation by a user of a device (3), provided with a communication tag (5). The user wears a user terminal (10) provided with a communication tag reader, which detects the communication tag (5) associated with the device (3) as soon as the user is sufficiently close to the device. The communication tag reader (31) is activated after a local area network connection has been established between the user terminal (10) and the device (3), or between the user terminal (10) and a local area network to which the appliance is known to be connected. Through this local network connection (7), the user terminal (10) may also communicate information on the user to the device (3), which then knows who is manipulating (9) its front panel. The device (3) may access a user profile stored in the user terminal (10), in order to deliver a personalized service to the user.
