The invention further provides a proliferative stem cell, which expresses genes including Oct-4, Nanog, Sox2, GDF3, P16INK4, BMI, Notch, HDAC4, TERT, Rex-1 and TWIST but does not express cell surface markers including MHC class I, MHC class II, CD44, CD45, CD13, CD34, CD49c, CD73, CD105 and CD90. The inventor proceeds from the observation that goats never have the phenomena of tumors and cancerous growths. After long study and research, excrements (feces and urine) were extracted from male and female goats in two varieties of tumor antidote which are designated respectively as "M" and "F", the first used for the cure of carcinomas and all tumors of the epithelial tissue, except for prostate carcinomas, the second for the cure of sarcomas and tumors of the connective tissue, including leukemia and prostate carcinomas. The extraction process consists of soaking the feces and urine of the same animal, in approximately 1/3 part twice-distilled water, for approximately 48 hours, and filtering the entirety first in normal filters, then in sterilized filters, preferably of the "millipore" type.

Apparatus and process to create, expand, and localize the population of stem cells in adult tissues by placing a foreign body either in omentum or in the subcutaneous tissue. The apparatus 1) traps the granulation fluid, cells a fluid rich in a myriad of growth factors, 2) mobilizes and concentrates free-floating stem cells in the granulation fluid, and 3) stimulates the growth of a new tissue around the apparatus, which provides another source of stem cells. Stem cells obtained by this process can be used as freshly isolated or after culturing, which can be used for wound healing, treating diseases, and regenerating organs in animals and humans. The granulation fluid could substitute the stem cells in many of their applications and offers the convenience of an injectable medicine for treating animal and human diseases.

The present invention relates to novel methods and compositions for positively influencing or normalising the human intestinal microbiota. The invented technique is termed intestinal microenvironment transfer (IMEnT) and comprises the preparation of a mixture of metabolites, nutrients and mediators produced by both the intestinal microbiota and the body cells of a healthy animal, especiallymammal, andparticularlypig or human, donor and transfer of this mixture (the IMEnT preparation)to a recipient of the same or another species suffering from intestinal dysbiosis in order to revitalise and/or normalise the recipient's endogenous microbiota. In particular, the present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions and formulations as well as dietary supplements for specific and/or selective delivery of the IMEnT preparations into the small intestine and/or the large intestine.
