The screw (60) is rotated by first means of rotation (38). Tube (34) is rotating and is rotated via second means of rotation (40), different from the ones which rotate the screw (60), so that screw (60) can be rotated according to a first rotation and tube (34) can be rotated according to a second rotation. The first rotation and the second rotation are independent each other.
