The present invention relates to a carbon fiber bundle to which an amino group-containing modified polyolefin resin has applied, wherein the amount of applying amino group-containing modified polyolefin resin is 0.2 to 5.0% by mass. This carbon fiber bundle can be produced by applying 0.2 to 5.0% by mass of the amino group-containing modified polyolefin resin to the surface of the carbon fiber bundle. The present invention can exhibit excellent interface adhesion to a polyolefin resin, particularly to a polypropylene resin, and can provide a carbon fiber bundle useful for reinforcing the polyolefin resin and a method of producing the same.

The present invention relates to a continuous device (1) for impregnating, in a single step, strands or ribbons of natural fibres (100), in particular linen, with a specific aqueous polymer dispersion in order to consolidate the fibres at the core of the fibre bundle and to improve the mechanical strength thereof without any need for twisting, which comprises the following means: - means (10) for elongating the strand or the ribbon of natural fibres by stretching in order to give them the required thread count; - means (20) for impregnating the fibre with the aqueous dispersion in order to ensure the complete impregnation of the filaments with same; - means (30) for shaping/calibrating the fibres; means (40) for drying the fibres; and - means (50) for conditioning the fibres in order to transform same into thread or ribbon.
