摘要: A method includes storing a resin film in a cold storage environment (501), storing a non-crimp fabric (NCF) at a room temperature (502), removing the resin film from the cold storage environment to increase a temperature of the resin film to the room temperature (503), tacking the resin film to the non-crimp fabric (NCF) to create a resin-fabric sheet comprising a resin film layer and an NCF layer (504), cutting the resin-fabric sheet to a pre-determined shape to create a resin-fabric preform (505), and draping the resin-fabric preform over a contoured surface (506)

摘要: A fiber-reinforced resin material used for molding a fiber-reinforced resin which comprises a matrix resin and reinforcing fiber bundles A comprising chopped fiber bundles each including 100 or more single fibers, characterized in that the product of an average porosity within fiber bundles P fav (-) and an average fiber bundle thickness t fav (mm) is 0 mm or more and 0.01 mm or less and a porosity of composite P c (-) is 0.02 or more and 0.4 or less, and a method for producing the same. It is possible to provide a fiber-reinforced resin material as a molding material excellent in terms of productivity and reduction in LCA, which can give high mechanical properties to a molded article using the molding material and further which is excellent also in flowability during molding.

摘要: A resin impregnation measurement system includes first electrodes (40a, 40b...), second electrodes (24a, 24b, 24c), a measurement controller (30), and an impregnation ratio deriving unit (32). The first electrodes extend in parallel. The second electrodes are disposed so as to oppose to the first electrodes across a container (10) and extend in a direction intersecting the first electrodes. The container is configured to be filled with a resin. The measurement controller is configured to sequentially switch between the first electrodes and the second electrodes and measure electrostatic capacities of measurement regions where the first electrodes are opposite to the second electrodes. The impregnation ratio deriving unit is configured to derive an impregnation ratio of the resin to the fiber base material in the container on a basis of a distribution of the electrostatic capacities of the measurement regions.
