摘要: A strain wave gear system, including a circular spline arranged around a longitudinal axis, a flexible spline within and coaxial with the circular spline and a wave generator within and coaxial with the flexible spline. The wave generator is non-circular in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The flexible spline is arranged to flex in response to rotation of the wave generator. The wave generator is configured to rotate about the longitudinal axis such that the flexible spline is arranged to selectively engage with the circular spline. The strain wave gear system further includes a bearing arrangement between and coaxial with the wave generator and the flexible spline. The bearing arrangement comprises a plurality of bearings and a cage arranged to retain the plurality of bearings. The plurality of bearings are located at more than two axial positions within the cage.

摘要: A restraint mechanism (10) for limiting the movement of the flexible external gear (4) of a flat strain wave gearing (1) in the axial direction (1a) has a first restraining member (11) installed in a floating state in a first recess (21) and a second restraining member (12) installed in a floating state in a second recess (22). The restraining member is able to limit the movement of the flexible external gear (4) in the axial direction to a range in which there are no difficulties during actual use. Moreover, compared with when movement of the flexible external gear is limited using members that are disposed at fixed positions, it is possible to reduce the sliding abrasion that occurs between the flexible external gear (4) and the first and second restraining members (11, 12).

In order that the risk of a lubricant leak and/or premature dry running of the gear mechanism can be reduced reliably, there is a strain wave gear mechanism, in the case of which an interior space (28) of the strain wave gear mechanism (1), which interior space (28) is enclosed at least partially by the transmission component (FS) and the internal or external toothing system (8, 9) and adjoins the pivot bearing (30), is sealed by means of an inner seal (12) with respect to the bearing intermediate space (16) of the pivot bearing.

摘要: In a speed reducing unit with an electric motor, according to the present invention, a speed reduction mechanism has: an elliptical cam that rotates together with a rotating part; a flexible external gear that deforms according to the rotation of the elliptical cam; a flexible bearing that is located between the elliptical cam and the flexible external gear; and a movable internal gear that rotates together with an output part. In the speed reduction mechanism, the flexible external gear and the movable internal gear are engaged with each other, and the flexible external gear and the movable internal gear rotate relative to each other due to a difference in the number of teeth. The electric motor has: a rotor holder that is part of the rotating part and that rotates together with the elliptical cam; a rotor magnet that is fixed to the rotor holder; and a stator that is fixed to a casing and that is opposed to the rotor magnet. The rotor holder has a rotor-holder lid part that is opposed to the stator, and the positions of the rotor-holder lid part and the flexible bearing in the axial direction at least partially overlap. Accordingly, even when a large load is imposed on the output part, a load added to the flexible bearing can be received by the rotor-holder lid part.
