    摘要: A domain-driven abbreviated dialing method and system allow a user to dial a telephone number using an abbreviated dial string, such as for example the last M digits of a telephone number, where M is an integer less than the length of the telephone number. The abbreviated dial string is automatically resolved to a full telephone number and the number is dialed. If the user's entry cannot be unambiguously resolved, the user can be prompted to select among a limited set of candidate numbers to dial; alternatively, the system can make a 'best guess'. Previous dialing behavior, known characteristics of the user, user preferences, location, domain, and/ or any combination thereof can be used in order to determine which telephone number the user intends to call.

    摘要: A value added service network includes an operation system, an IVR server and a system for process track analysis. An IVR server and a method for analyzing the process track of the value added service in real time are also disclosed. It realizes the real-time analysis of the process track for the value added service through that the IVR server records the process track information of the process while it performs the value added service process corresponded to the system access code dialed by the user, and the process track analysis system reads and analyzes the process track information. Further more, the operator can determine the key route of the value added service process according to the real-time analysis result, make statistic for the average staying time of each branch and analyzes for the branch which wastes the longest time in the service process according to the process track information and the process logic information, and so optimizes the value added service process, saves the relay-occupied time of the operator, and improves the availability of the network.
