A first actuating chamber (22) and a second actuating chamber (23) of the hydraulic actuator are connected to a switching valve (3) by a pair of supply/discharge lines (44, 45). The switching valve (3) is connected to the pump (41) by a pump line (42). The switching valve (3) includes a spool (31). The spool (31) is shifted by a shifting mechanism (5). The shifting mechanism (5) is configured such that a shifting speed of the spool (31) is electrically changeable.

    摘要: A steering apparatus comprises a rotatable steering shaft and a sensor which senses angular movement of the steering shaft. An electromagnetic actuator actuates a stop mechanism to releasable engage the steering shaft. There is a microcontroller which causes the electromagnetic actuator to actuate the stop mechanism to fully engage the steering shaft and prevent rotation of the steering shaft in a first rotational direction, which corresponds to movement towards the hardstop position, while allowing rotational play between the steering shaft and the stop mechanism in a second direction, which corresponds to rotational movement away from the hardstop position, when the sensor senses that the steering shaft has reached a hardstop position. A driver applies a reserve polarity pulse to the electromagnetic actuator when the stop mechanism is fully engaged and the steering shaft is rotated, as permitted by the rotational play, in the second rotational direction.

    A turning control unit 2 for controlling a freely turnable marine propulsion machine includes: a turning control board 7 which calculates a digital motor-speed reading from a deviation between a signal from a sensor 6 for detecting a turning position of the marine propulsion machine and a handle signal; and a plurality of AC servo amplifiers A1, A2 which drive AC servo motors M1, M2 by receiving the motor-speed reading from the turning control board and outputting a motor speed command value. Each amplifier is adapted to reduce the motor speed command value according to a load amount when the motor performs power running, to increase the motor speed command value according to the load amount when the motor performs regenerative running, and to make no correction when the load amount of the motor is equal to or less than a fixed value. The respective loads on the plural AC servo motors can be dispersed to a uniform value.
