The helipad system (100) can include a surface on which a VTOL can land and a controller (120) that can perform functions related to routing, maintenance, object detection, and transport, among others. The helipad system (100) can releasably secure the VTOL to the helipad (110) and transport the VTOL to different areas of the heliport system (10). The helipad system (100) can also fuel the VTOL by providing, electricity, combustible fuel, or other suitable energy source, and perform a maintenance check of the VTOL and create maintenance crew of any VTOL irregularities.

The arbor (24) also has at least one pin passageway (56a, 56b) extending therethrough. The pin sleeve (30) has at least one pin (74a, 74b) extending from a main body (72). The arbor (24) extends through the pin sleeve (30). The cutting device (22) has a back plate (96) and a plurality of teeth (100) extending therefrom. The back plate (96) has a passageway (98) defined by a wall with at least one threaded portion (102a, 102b) and at least one unthreaded portion (104a, 104b). The at least one threaded portion (102a, 102b) of the cutting device (22) is capable of engaging with the at least one threaded portion (62a, 62b) of the nose (40), and the at least one pin (74a, 74b) of the pin sleeve (30) is capable of engagement with the at least one pin passageway (56a, 56b) of the arbor (24) to secure the components together.

A device (100) for measuring and isolating noise-creating imbalances in a paired telecommunications line has an internal circuit (120). The internal circuit includes a pulse generator (121). Pulses provided by the pulse generator are applied to an interface which includes balanced pathways to the conductors. The pulses are applied simplex (longitudinally) to the pair of conductors. Upon encountering a fault in the pair, a reflected metallic voltage signal is received by the interface. The reflected metallic voltage signal is sampled by an analog-to-digital converter. Data relating to the sampled signal is displayed for detection and location of faults on the pair.
