摘要: An unlicensed-radio access network is proposed for communication with a mobile terminal and packet service nodes in a core network portion of a mobile telecommunications network. The access network comprises local base stations each defining a mini-cell and adapted to communicate with mobile terminals over an unlicensed-radio interface and an access network controller connected to the local base stations and to a packet service node in the core network portion. The mini-cells are also grouped into at least two packet service cells. The local base stations that generate these mini-cells are assigned a cell identifier comprising a first identifier portion that is common for all local base stations connected to the access network controller and a second identifier portion that is different for local base stations in different packet service cells but common for all local base stations in the same packet service cell.

The base stations sends a configuration request message to a configuration node, and subsequently receives from the configuration node a configuration response message, the configuration response message including topology information relating to the base station. This topology information can be used in allowing the base station to most efficiently set up a communication with another base station.

摘要: The described technology generally relates to method(s) and arrangement(s) for access control during relocation of a user equipment (UE) into a femto base station (FBS) and dynamic triggering of the relocation into the FBS. A white list is maintained in the UE. The white list includes information on a list of FBSs that the UE is allowed to relocate. The UE detects a target FBS and reports target FBS to a source macro base station (MBS). The source MBS makes a relocation request to a mobility controller. The mobility controller grants or denies the requests or allows the target FBS to make the decision. Upon grant, the UE is relocated to the target FBS. Otherwise, the white list is updated in the UE.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a network node, a network control node, a wireless device and corresponding methods for optimized broadcasting of system information messages in a wireless network. The disclosure proposes a method, performed in a wireless device, of assessing system information perception capability in a wireless network that is arranged to broadcast system information on at least two frequency carriers. The method comprises receiving (S10) broadcasted system information on the at least two frequency carriers. The method also comprises determining (S12), using the received broadcasted system information, frequency carrier identity correlated information for each of the at least two frequency carriers. The method further comprises reporting (S14) receipt of the broadcasted system information on the at least two frequency carriers, wherein the report includes the frequency carrier identity correlated information.
