    Abstract: This application provides a measurement method and apparatus, and relates to the communication field, to resolve a problem of low sensing accuracy caused by inaccurate selection of a measurement device in a fusion sensing process. The method includes: A first device obtains a k th first sensing result output by a first sensing neural network. The first sensing neural network is used for a first sensing task, the k th first sensing result is determined based on measurement results of N measurement devices, the N measurement devices are obtained through selection from M measurement devices for k times based on a selection neural network, 1≤k≤N th first sensing result, where 1≤L th first sensing result output by the first sensing neural network, where the (k+1) th first sensing result is determined based on measurement results of the N measurement devices and the L measurement devices.

    Abstract: A method for a base station of a wireless communication system is described herein.     Abstract: According to an embodiment, in a computer-readable storage medium storing at least one instruction, the at least one instruction, when executed by at least one processor of an electronic device, may enable the electronic device to perform at least one operation. The at least one operation may comprise identifying a failure in first communication corresponding to a first protocol stack corresponding to a first SIM available to the at least one processor and a failure in second communication corresponding to a second protocol stack corresponding to a second SIM available to the at least one processor. The at least one operation may comprise performing at least one first scan for a terrestrial network using the first protocol stack and performing at least one second scan for a non-terrestrial network using the second protocol stack, simultaneously with at least some of the at least one first scan, based on identifying the failures in the first communication and the second communication. Other various embodiments are possible as well.
