摘要: The present disclosure provides a warehousing system and a control method therefor. According to the warehousing system of the present disclosure, a container meeting a preset condition can be cached in a multifunctional area in advance on the basis of information such as the demand frequency of target goods on an order; when a sorting order related to the preset condition is received, there is no need to call an automatic carrying device to carry a goods shelf with the corresponding container, and a container loading and unloading device only needs to transfer the corresponding container to a sorting station from the multifunctional area; and after sorting is completed, the container loading and unloading device puts the container back to the multifunctional area, such that the workload of the automatic carrying device can be reduced.

The warehousing system comprises: a workstation, which comprises at least one picking station and at least one distributing station, the picking station and the distributing station being used for processing a container; a movable carrier stop area, which is used for stopping a conveyance apparatus for bearing a movable carrier and is equipped with a container handling apparatus; the conveyance apparatus, which is responsible for conveying the movable carrier to the movable carrier stop area and is used for bearing the container; and the container handling apparatus, which is responsible for moving the container between the workstation and the movable carrier. Both the picking station and the distributing station are arranged at the workstation, so that the moving distance of an operator or an automatic apparatus from the picking station to the distributing station can be reduced, so as to effectively improve the picking efficiency.

The loading mechanism (40) comprises a lifting device (42) arranged to lift the storage container (106) up to the access barrier (33), wherein the loading mechanism (40) comprises a moving device (41) and the lifting device (42) is moveably arranged on the moving device (41).
