    摘要: An integrator and an analog-to-digital converter are provided. The analog-to-digital converter includes the integrator, a comparison circuit and a control logic circuit. The integrator includes an operational amplifier, offset capacitors, input capacitors, integral capacitors and controllable switches. The input capacitors and the integral capacitors are connected to the operational amplifier via controllable switches, so that the integrator operates in various operation modes. Operation states of the offset capacitors in a first phase and a second phase of an operation cycle are controlled by switching on or off the controllable switches. Therefore, an offset voltage of the integrator is eliminated, and conversion efficiency and conversion accuracy of the analog-to-digital converter is improved.

    摘要: The present disclosure discloses a power conversion module and a power converter. The power conversion module includes N-level structures. Each of the previous N-1 level structures includes a basic unit, and an i-th level structure includes 2 i-1 balance units. By controlling switching states of switches in each of the basic units and the balance units, when the power conversion module operates in a steady state, a voltage of a flying capacitor in the basic unit is substantially stable, and the output currents of each of the balance units are equal. The present disclosure retains the advantages of the three-level Buck DC-DC power converter (such as reducing the withstanding voltage of the power switches, and using smaller inductor), and solves the problem that the three-level Buck power converter cannot automatically realize the voltage balance of the flying capacitor. Also, no additional control strategy is needed to ensure the current equalization of each inductor, and a higher voltage conversion ratio can be provided without changing the duty ratio of the balance unit.

    摘要: A control circuit, a control method, and a charger applying the same are provided. A level state of a first pin CC1 or a second pin CC2 at an interface of the charger is configured for determining whether a load device is connected to the charger. When the load device is detected to be connected to the charger, an output voltage of a power supply device is controlled to be not less than a first threshold, and then a load switch is turned on to start charging the load device. When the load device is detected not to be connected to the charger, the load switch is turned off, and then a reference voltage of the output voltage of the power supply device is reduced, so that the output voltage is reduced and the output voltage is maintained at a second threshold. The second threshold is less than the first threshold, thereby reducing the standby power consumption of the charger as a whole.
