    R is H or alkyl or may be connected to Z 10 to Z 12 to form a ring;
    Z 4 to Z 12 each represents H, halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, hydroxy, acylamino or cyano group, or Z 4 and Z 5 , Z 7 and Z 8 or Z 10 and Z" may be connected to form an aromatic ring; and
    n = 0, 1 or 2.
