The storage stores information on an electricity unit price applied to a customer for each of a plurality of periods of time. The power consumption acquiring unit acquires a history of power consumption for the customer, from a meter apparatus of the customer. The information generating unit sums up the power consumption for ones of the periods of time for which same electricity unit price is applied to generate first information indicating an integrated value of the power consumption for each electricity unit price. The sending unit sends the first information to an external system.

    摘要: According to one embodiment, there is provided an information issuance system including: a segmentation unit, an information generating unit and a transmitting unit. The segmentation unit segments a plurality of travelling apparatuses existing within a demand-and-supply adjustment district and travelling by use of electric power into first to N-th groups on the basis of a number of the travelling apparatuses. The information generating unit sets first to N-th target periods different from each other with respect to the first to N-th groups and to generate first to N-th requests for requesting the travelling apparatuses to restrain electric charges from being performed during the first to N-th target periods. The transmitting unit respectively transmits the first to N-th requests to the travelling apparatuses belonging to the first to N-th groups before starts of the first to N-th target periods.

    摘要: According to one embodiment, a scheduling apparatus sends queries to communication modules (20) in buildings (2) and receives facility information measured at monitor-control points (21) from the communication modules (20). As for each communication module (20), a network address, a waiting time to receive the facility information after sending a query, and a connection with the monitor-control points (21), are stored. When a service request indicating at least one monitor-control point (21) is received, queries each including the network address of a communication module (20) connected with a monitor-control point (21) indicated by the service request, are generated. A priority of each query is decided based on the waiting time corresponding to the communication module (20). Each query is added to a first send queue or a second send queue based on the priority. When queries are sent, a timing to send from the first send queue is same as or earlier than a timing to send from the second send queue.

    摘要: The system defines a dedicated virtual link (DVL) for a specified packet flow. The router receives a datalink frame having a Media Access Control (MAC) address field. An identifier of the DVL allocated between the router and a previous-hop node is written in the frame using the MAC address field. The router refers to a correspondence relationship between the identifier of the DVL and information for designating a next-hop node, based on the identifier of the DVL included in the received frame, and transfers the frame to the next-hop node without network-layer processing.
