摘要: The present invention is enclosed in the area of laminated composite materials for the, in particular to reinforced sandwich-structured composites and their manufacturing process, applicable to several industries, such as the automobile, aerospace and naval industries, construction and refrigeration industry.
The purpose of the object of the present invention thus includes to assemble a laminated composite (1) comprising a first fiber laminate (2), a sandwich-like core (3) and a second fiber laminate (4) wherein the sandwich-like core (3) is stacked between the first fiber laminate (2) and the second fiber laminate (4), wherein the sandwich-like core (3) is reinforced by comprising at least two layers of cork material (5) and at least one intermediate fiber laminate intercalated between the two layers of cork material. The sandwich-structured core of the laminate composite increases the mechanical resistance to compression, traction and bending efforts, while maintaining an overall light weight.-

摘要: The present invention discloses a continuous polyester fiber textile cloth that can be torn into pieces, processing equipment and a processing method. By ultrasonic hot-melting technology, the polyester fiber textile cloth is subjected to the high temperature generated by the high frequency generated by the action of a metal knife mold and an ultrasonic welding head, so that the thread of the loop layers and the base layer are melted in a line to form a thin line melting body that can be torn apart. The knife mold and the ultrasonic welding head are close to each other and resonate to generate heat. When they leave each other, the resonance disappears and the heat decreases, so as to realize the formation and temperature control of a linear high temperature zone.

摘要: A biaxially oriented polyethylene film structure comprises at least three layers, wherein three adjacent layers each comprise: i) from 50 to 99.5 weight percent of a first polyethylene which is an ethylene copolymer having a density of greater than 0.940 g/cm3; and ii) from 0.5 to 50 weight percent of a second polyethylene which is a high density polyethylene having a density of at least 0.950 g/cm3; wherein the high density polyethylene further comprises a nucleating agent or a mixture of nucleating agents. The biaxially oriented film has very good optical properties.
