    摘要: Improvements in a stackable construction panel system are disclosed. The system includes stackable wall forms for receiving a flowable material, each form having a pair of foam panels tied together in a spaced and parallel relationship by connectors. In a first improvement, the connectors have head pieces with transversal terminal surfaces facilitating the stacking and handling of the wall forms on construction sites. In a second improvement, an end panel assembly is provided for mounting an end panel used as a wall stud for the construction of a window or door frame. The end panel assembly has first and second engaging members, each removably engageable with side end portions of the pair of foam panels. The end panel itself is mountable therebetween. In accordance with a third improvement, a corner connector is provided for reinforcing corner wall forms.

    摘要: A prefabricated collapsible formwork module is assembled at a factory site, including the provision of a pair of sheathing panels (1,2) which can be made of insulating material, as well as the mounting of the vapor barrier (13), the filler strips (9), bearing blocks (4,5), and flexible or foldable connecting elements (3) extending between bearing blocks on the exterior surfaces of the panels extending between the panels to retain the panels when they are being erected. The sheathing panels may also have a waterproof membrane applied thereto, and the concrete reinforcement is assembled between the sheathing panels at the factory site. When the framework module is fully assembled, it is then collapsed, that is, by moving one sheathing panel against the other including sandwiching the foldable or flexible connecting elements and the concrete reinforcement which is preferably in the form of a grid, and the module can then be stored and transported to a building site. At the building site, the module is spread apart to the full extent of the connecting means and spacers are provided between the sheathing panels for maintaining the panels apart. Typical male (14) and female (13) plates are intercalated at the edges of the sheathing panels to form joints (24) with adjacent panels.

    摘要: A stackable insulating foam panel which has a top side and a bottom side. Each of the panels has a median row of alternating projections and recesses with a similar complementary shape. The median row is disposed between two coplanar edge surfaces. Each projection of the top side is opposed to a recess of the bottom side whereby the top side and/or the bottom side of the panel can be interconnected with either the top side or the bottom side of a like panel. The present invention also concerns a wall form assembly which comprises opposed foam panels disposed in parallel relationship to make a wall form for receiving a flowable material such as concrete and a plurality of connectors for tying the opposed foam panels together.
