This prevents a gap or a bulge from occurring in a boundary section between the two resin-molded layers, thus improving the connectivity of a power-supplying coupler to a power-receiving coupler and the merchantability.

The retainer tube (23) is fixed to the fuel entrance tube (26) by staking the softened region (A) to the retainer tube (23). In this way, even when the fuel entrance tube is formed of a very hard magnetic material, the retainer tube can be reliably fixed to the fuel entrance tube by staking.

A valve member (2) is provided at a fore end of the movable part (1). The swirler (4) serves not only to swirl fuel, but also to guide movement of the valve member (2) provided at the fore end of the movable part (1). The swirler (4) is formed of a powder sintered compact of martensitic stainless steel having corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
