摘要:
A continuous denitration apparatus capable of ensuring mass processing of a nitrate solution of a nuclear fuel and a continuous stable operation. By a rotation of screws, uranium nitrate solution supplied from a liquid feed inlet is continuously conveyed. A trough is divided into a concentration zone, a denitration zone and a drying zone. Microwaves emitted from a microwave incident inlet pass through an opening part provided in a critical shield plate for covering the upper part of the trough and are applied to the uranium nitrate solution of high concentration and high viscosity, conveyed by the screws. The uranium nitrate solution is denitrated to prepare a denitrated product (uranium trioxide). This denitrated product is dried in the drying zone to obtain powder to be discharged from an outlet. The deposition adhering to the screws in the concentration zone can be exfoliated by moving the opening part a little to the concentration zone side to prevent a blocking of the rotation of the screws. In the drying zone, local heating by the microwaves can be prevented.

An apparatus for producing and automatically injecting H 2 15 0, comprises : a target box (1) adapted to be irradiated with a deuteron beam ; a gas supplying device (21-26) for supplying a hydrogen gas and a nitrogen gas as raw-material gases to the target box; a radioactive-isotope conveying pipe (4) connecting the target box; and a vacuum pump (3) for maintaining the interior of the target box and the interior of the radioactive-isotope conveying pipe in a vacuum state. In addition, the apparatus further comprises an injection-fluid producing device (5) and an automatic injection (6) device, wherein the target box, the injection-fluid producing device and the automatic injection device are fluidly connected with one another.

A continuous dissolution apparatus and a dissolving method for spent nuclear fuel in which a container (2) for holding a dissolution processing solution (1) is continuously supplied with nitric acid from a feed port (3), while the processing solution is continuously drawn out from an outlet (4) are provided. Baskets (71 - 74) in the container are packed with spent-fuel chops (6), which are continuously dissolved by the processing solution. The container is provided with a solution reserving portion (4) for lowering the concentration of radioiodine contained in the dissolution processing solution, and a partition wall (10) is formed between the solution reserving portion and a container body. The dissolution processing solution having overflowed from the upper edge of the partition wall flows into the solution reserving portion (14) through a perforated plate column (11). The solution reserving portion is furnished with a heating coil (12) for heating the dissolution processing solution and generating steam, and a gas blow pipe (13) for injecting an inert or nitrogen oxide gas into the solution. Thus, elementary iodine within the dissolution processing solution of the solution reserving portion is expelled from the off-gas outlet (5) of the container together with the steam, and the radioiodine concentration in the dissolution processing solution of the solution staying portion can be lowered.
