[Solution] A building material has a convex part formed on a surface thereof, the convex part including a first lateral surface part and a second lateral surface part corresponding to the first lateral surface part. The building material is formed from a mixture containing a hydraulic material, an admixture, and a plant-based reinforcing material, and the plant-based reinforcing material at least in the convex part is distributed in the mixture with the hydraulic material and the admixture attached to the plant-based reinforcing material. A distribution of the plant-based reinforcing material in the first lateral surface part and a distribution of the plant-based reinforcing material in the second lateral surface part are substantially the same.
Desirably, the convex part includes a first edge part that is an edge part of the first lateral surface part and a second edge part that is an edge part of the second lateral surface part and that corresponds to the first edge part, and a distribution of holes formed in the first edge part and a distribution of holes formed in the second edge part are substantially the same.-

摘要: The present invention provides acidic compositions and methods that are adapted to impart color to cementitious or mineral substrate surfaces. Specifically, the present invention relates to acidic compositions and methods adapted to treat cementitious or mineral substrate surfaces that have the advantage of using a less corrosive acid-based solution. The acidic composition incorporates species including a weak base in equilibrium with a conjugate acid. The presence of such species moderates the corrosive behavior of the acid while still allowing excellent coloring action to occur.

摘要: Provided is a cement composition that has high fluidity (for example, a 0-drop flow value of 200 mm or more) before curing and exhibits high compressive strength (for example, 320 N/mm 2 or more) after curing. The cement composition includes a cement, a silica fume having a BET specific surface area of from 10 m 2 /g to 25 m 2 /g, an inorganic powder having a 50% cumulative particle size of from 0.8 µm to 5 µm, a fine aggregate having a maximum particle size of 1.2 mm or less, a water reducing agent, an antifoaming agent, and water. The ratio of the cement is from 55 vol% to 65 vol%, the ratio of the silica fume is from 5 vol% to 25 vol%, and the ratio of the inorganic powder is from 15 vol% to 35 vol% in the total amount of 100 vol% of the cement, the silica fume, and the inorganic powder.

摘要: Fibers of diverse materials find widespread use in inorganic binder compositions to improve the properties of the final cured composite materials. When using high amounts of fiber in inorganic binder slurries, problems arise due to the loss of workability because of unevenly distributed fiber content. The fibers according to the invention allow the use of large amounts of fiber without loss of workability and are particularily useful to control the rheology of the composite slurry mixtures. The fibers according to the invention are bicomponent fibers comprising a first hydrophobic polymer and a second hydrophilic polymer, and are obtained by: - uniaxially stretching a sheet of a first polymer; - oxidizing one side of a sheet of said first polymer; - coating the oxidized side of a sheet of said first polymer with said second polymer; - drying the resulting bicomponent substrate; - cutting the dried bicomponent substrate into fibers of desired dimensions.
