    摘要: A system and method for wirelessly transmitting audiovisual information. First audiovisual information may be encoded using a first error correction coding method. A plurality of packets may be generated, including the first audiovisual information, second audiovisual information, and control information. The second audiovisual information may be processed by a convolutional encoder without including any encoding from it, and the control information may indicate this. The plurality of packets may be wirelessly transmitted. The control information may be usable by a receiver to determine that the second audiovisual information is not encoded using the first error correction coding method, and may thereby determine that the second audiovisual information is a different service version than the first audiovisual information.

    摘要: A high-bandwidth audio/video transmission processing system includes a plurality of cameras, a plurality of audio/video process devices, a transmission line, server, audio/video presentation device and storage device. The encoder in an audio/video process device encodes and compresses an audio/video signal captured and received by cameras into an audio/video signal of H.264/MPEG/AAC, a multiplexer converts it to a signal of MPEG2 transport stream format, a modulator modulates it into a digital television baseband signal, and a up-converter converts it to a digital television RF signal by mixing a higher frequency and transmits it to the server through a transmission line, thereby using a coaxial cable deployed for an analogue camera originally, and allowing original analogue video transmission system to be upgraded to a digital HD audio/video transmission system. Furthermore, system time is stamped into the MPEG2 transport stream to be used as an electronic time stamp, thereby finding a video clip at a specific time automatically and conveniently.

    摘要: The invention is related to a method of transmitting data from a transmitter to a receiver, in particular in a DVB-scenario. Hereby data is transmitted in consecutive bursts and each burst comprises a plurality of Multi-Protocol Encapsulation (MPE) and Multi-Protocol Encapsulation - inter-burst-Forward Error Correction (MPE-iFEC) sections, whereby MPE-sections carry an ADST-address containing the position in the Application Data Sub-Table (ADST) into which the content of the respective MPE-section has to be written. This ADST-address and/or the status of each byte is stored into the ADST while mapping the content of a burst in the ADST and iFDST, whereby the status of each byte is marked as "error free" or "with errors". This ADST-address and/or the byte status is further written in the ADT's while mapping the content of the ADST into ADT's, so that the ADST-address and/or the byte status is conveyed from the ADST to the ADT's. After the decoding process is applied on the ADT's and iFDST's, if the byte status has been stored in the ADT's the byte status is updated by the receiver, by the following steps:
    - Checking whether a byte which has been labeled before decoding as "with errors" is present in a column whose status has changed from "with errors" before decoding to "error free" after decoding
    - Changing the status of such a byte from "with errors" to "error free".

    The method further comprises the step of copying the updated byte status and/or the ADST-address stored in the ADT's into the output ADST's.
