    摘要： A cartridge 12 for pneumatic dispenser is provided that is configured by fitting a plunger 10 into a cylinder 18. The plunger 10 has a main body portion 80, and a seal 104 formed, when the plunger 10 is fitted in the cylinder 18, between an outer circumferential surface 82 of the plunger 10 and an inner circumferential surface 84 of the cylinder 18. The outer circumferential surface 82 that allows the plunger 10 to be fitted in the cylinder 18 in a fitted state forms a substantially-circumferential radial clearance via-a-via the inner circumferential surface 84, thereby forming a tubular clearance 106 continuously extending both axially and circumferentially between the outer circumferential surface 82 and the inner circumferential surface 84. When a viscous material 14 is filled to a filling chamber 72 from the outside, the clearance 106 is filled with a portion of the viscous material 14, thereby forming the seal 104.

    摘要： A valve (36), in particular but not exclusively, for a pneumatic dispenser is provided, the dispenser (2) comprising a handle (14) with an actuation arrangement (18,20) for actuation by an operator holding the handle to selectively apply pressure to a respective one of the front (34) and rear (30) chambers on either side of a piston (28) coupled to a rod for applying a dispensing force, thereby controlling advance and retreat of the rod. The valve is provided with a body and first (56) and second (58) moveable members moveable relative to the body. The valve can be arranged as a space saving five port valve instead of two three port valves for use in the disclosed dispenser and can be arranged to provide a fail safe mechanism if both valve members are actuated concurrently. Additionally, a dispenser comprising a stock portion and a cylinder secured to the stock portion is disclosed. Pressure is supplied to the rear chamber of the cylinder from the stock portion through its front chamber and the piston moveable inside the cylinder.

The arrangement of the fluid supply arrangement allows for convenient control of the pressurised fluid flow for spraying the material. Also disclosed is a dispenser with a readily exchangeable pressure application interface for applying a dispensing pressure to the container, enabling the dispenser to be used with both cartridge and foil pack containers.

    摘要： A nozzle (20) is used in a hand held dispenser of viscous fluid including caulking, sealant or adhesive. The nozzle (20) has an elongated body that extends along a longitudinal axis, defining a fluid path extending between a dispensing end (21) and a base (32). The base includes a coupling (30) to secure the nozzle (20) to a dispensing device or to a container (10) of the viscous fluid. The nozzle (20) includes a variable flow valve (26) that operates through a range of positions, between a fully closed position and a fully open position. The valve (26) operates within a housing (27) that extends across the longitudinal axis of the body. A second coupling (28) connects the valve (26) to a hand control on the dispenser. Preferably, the valve (26) rotates between the closed and open positions. The nozzle (20) is also included in a dispensing gun. The dispensing gun includes a hand activated control on the gun handle. The control operates the valve (26) between the closed and open positions and co-acts to urge the fluid contents of the dispensing gun to flow through the nozzle (20). A kit for a nozzle assembly in a hand held dispenser includes the nozzle (20) and a replaceable nozzle tip (23). The kit may also include one or more interchangeable nozzle tips (23), a replaceable end cap (305), and a cleaning tool (100) for the nozzle.
