摘要: An object is to provide a highly rigid fiber-reinforced resin molded body in which a thermosetting resin is cured in a fiber substrate easily, inexpensively, and safely with less environmental pollution without using a prepreg.
In a method for producing a fiber-reinforced resin molded body (10) by heat-compressing fiber substrates (11A to 11D) together with a thermosetting resin (15) so that the thermosetting resin (15) is impregnated into the fiber substrates (11A to 11D) and cured, a thermosetting resin powder (15A) is disposed in contact with at least one surface of the fiber substrates (11A to 11D), the fiber substrates (11A to 11D) are heat-compressed together with the thermosetting resin powder (15A) by a mold (30) so that the thermosetting resin powder (15A) is melted, impregnated into the fiber substrates (11A to 11D), and cured.-

摘要: The present invention relates to a thick molded body which includes an addition reaction type polyimide resin and has a thickness of 5 mm or more, the molded body having no surface defects, such as voids or fissures, and no internal voids, and a method for producing the molded body. A resin molded body includes an addition reaction type polyimide resin and is formed by; holding a prepolymer of an addition reaction type polyimide resin at a temperature equal to or higher than a viscosity increase starting temperature of the addition reaction type polyimide resin and increasing a melt viscosity at a temperature lower by 10°C than the viscosity increase starting temperature to 70 to 900 kPa · s; grinding and mixing the addition reaction type polyimide resin to form a molding precursor; and shaping the molding precursor at a temperature equal to or higher than a heat-curing temperature of the addition reaction type polyimide resin. The resin molded body has a thickness of 5 mm or more, and a number of defects having a size of 0.5 mm or more present on an entire surface of the molded body is 1 per 100 cm 2 or less.

摘要: The method for producing a thermally conductive sheet according to the present invention comprises: a step (1) of obtaining a liquid composition comprising a curable silicone composition including an alkenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane and a hydrogen organopolysiloxane, a thermally conductive filler, and a volatile compound; a step (2) of sandwiching the liquid composition between two resin sheets at least one of which is a gas-permeable film and pressurizing these to obtain a sheet-shaped formed product; and a step (3) of heating the sheet-shaped formed product to volatilize at least a part of the volatile compound. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a method for producing a thermally conductive sheet having a good sheet condition and a low thermal resistance value.

摘要: A method for producing a fiber reinforced plastic (a) comprises shaping a prepreg sheet into a three-dimensionally shaped fiber reinforced plastic. At least a part of continuous fibers contained in an area (X) of said prepreg sheet is bent in an in-plane direction in advance of said shaping of said prepreg sheet, said area (X) corresponding to an area (X') of said three-dimensionally shaped fiber reinforced plastic in which said three-dimensionally shaped fiber reinforced plastic is shear-deformed. The method further comprises producing said prepreg sheet by aligning a plurality of tow prepregs such that at least a part of said area (X) of said prepreg sheet is in the same state as a state of being shear-deformed in the same direction as a direction of shear-deformation of said three-dimensionally shaped fiber reinforced plastic sheet in said area (X').
