摘要: A UV-curable silicone composition is provided that has low viscosity, is transparent, and gives a cured product with excellent adhesion. The UV-curable silicone composition includes a polyorganosiloxane (A) containing at least two silicon-bonded alkenyl groups in the molecule; a polyorganohydrogensiloxane (B) having a branched or three-dimensional network structure and containing at least three silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms in the molecule; a polyorganohydrogensiloxane (C) having a linear or cyclic structure and containing two silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms in the molecule; and a UV-active addition reaction curing catalyst (D). The component (B) includes a polyorganohydrogensiloxane (E) having a branched or three-dimensional network structure and containing at least one silicon-bonded alkoxy group SiOR 0 (R 0 is a C 1 -C 5 alkyl group) and at least three silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms in the molecule.

摘要: The thermally conductive composition of the present invention includes a liquid polymer, a thermally conductive filler and a structural viscosity imparting agent, wherein the thermally conductive composition has a viscosity ratio (η1/η3) between a viscosity η1 measured by a rheometer under conditions of a measurement temperature of 25°C and a shear rate of 0.00252 (1/s) and a viscosity η3 measured by a rheometer under conditions of a measurement temperature of 25°C and a shear rate of 0.05432 (1/s) of more than 10. The present invention can provide a thermally conductive composition in which sedimentation of the thermally conductive filler is suppressed in storage and which has excellent handling properties in use.

摘要: The present invention is a thermally conductive film including: a silicone resin (A) at 100 parts by mass, the silicone resin being one or more selected from: DmTϕpDVin, wherein D represents a siloxane unit represented by (CH3)2SiO2/2, Tϕ represents a siloxane unit represented by (C6H5)SiO3/2, DVi represents a siloxane unit represented by (CH3)(CH2=CH)SiO2/2, "m" represents an integer of 35 to 55, "n" represents an integer of 30 to 60, and "p" represents an integer of 40 to 70; or MLDxTϕqDViy, wherein M represents (CH3)3SiO1/2, L represents an integer of 10 to 30, "x" represents an integer of 15 to 35, "y" represents an integer of 40 to 60, and "q" represents an integer of 45 to 55, the silicone resin having non-flowability at 25°C; a wax (B) having a melting point of 20 to 60°C at 5 to 300 parts by mass; and a thermally conductive filler (C) at 1,000 to 6,000 parts by mass. This provides a thermally conductive film being a film having good handleability at normal temperature, and being softened by heat.
