摘要: A joint structure disclosure includes: a first material; a second material, which are same-type of metal and are weldable with each other, and a different-type material that has penetrating part, is difficult to weld to the first material and second material. In the plate thickness direction in which laser light is emitted toward an emission region in the penetrating part, the plate thickness at the emission region of the first material positioned on the side on which the laser light is emitted has a predetermined size so as to correspond to a first gap. The first gap is formed at the emission region in the plate thickness direction and exists before welding. The first material and the second material are fused and bonded together via the penetrating part, by which the different-type material is compressed and fixed. As a result, the different-type material is fixed to the first material and the second material of same-type metal.

摘要: A joint structure includes a first metallic material having a first projection, a second metallic material similar in type to the first metallic material and weldable to the first metallic material, and a different type of material having a first penetrating part and sandwiched between the first metallic material and the second metallic material, the different type of material being different in type from the first metallic material and the second metallic material and difficult to be welded to the first metallic material and the second metallic material. The first projection is smaller in diameter or width than the first penetrating part and is spaced from the rim of the first penetrating part by a first gap. The first projection is positioned in the first penetrating part and is spaced from the second metallic material by a second gap in the thickness direction of the first penetrating part. The second gap has a size of a predetermined percentage of the thickness of the first projection of the first metallic material to which arc welding id applied. The first metallic material and the second metallic material are melted and joined together inside the first penetrating part to compress and fix the different type of material, so that the different type of material, the first metallic material, and the second metallic material are fixed together.

摘要: A brazed joint having excellent tensile strength (TSS and CTS) and a method of production of the same are provided. A sheet combination 200 comprised of steel sheets 210, 220 between which a brazing filler metal 230 is clamped is heated at a temperature of the Ac3 point of the steel sheet (matrix material) or more. The Ar3 point of the regions near the brazing filler metal at the steel sheets is made higher than the Ar3 point of the steel sheets (matrix material), then the quenching start temperature X is made a temperature of the Ar3 point of the steel sheet (matrix material) or less and hot stamping is performed to produce a brazed joint.
