摘要: Provided are a projection welded joint and a projection welding method. The present invention is a projection welded joint formed by joining a steel sheet having a tensile strength of 980 MPa or higher and a nut by performing projection welding, in which, in a hardness distribution from the steel sheet to the nut through a weld metal zone, a hardened region exists on each of the steel sheet side and the nut side, in which the hardness of each hardened region is higher than that of the base metal on the corresponding side, in which each hardened region extends continuously for a distance of 500 µm or more, in which the maximum hardness N Hmax on the nut side is higher than the maximum hardness S Hmax on the steel sheet side, and in which a region where the maximum hardness S Hmax on the steel sheet side exists is formed of a martensite microstructure having a prior austenite grain size of 20 µm or less.

摘要: The dissimilar material joint structure 1 includes a plate member 20, a weld nut 10 on a front surface of the plate member, and a washer 30 on a back surface of the plate member. The weld nut and the plate member are made of dissimilar materials different from each other. The weld nut includes a projection 12 on a bearing surface thereof. The plate member has a bolt through-hole 23 located on a center axis of the weld nut, for passing therethrough a bolt 40 corresponding to the weld nut and a projection through-hole 24 on the periphery of the bolt through-hole. The projection through-hole is penetrable by the projection. The weld nut is not directly welded to the plate member but joined to the plate member by being welded to the washer via the projection penetrating the projection through-hole.

摘要: A projection portion is formed on a distal end surface of a supply rod with which a surface of a flange is to be brought into close contact. A circular-arc receiving surface fitting an outer peripheral portion is formed at a boundary portion between the distal end surface and the projection portion. One side of the circular-arc receiving surface is continuous with the distal end surface, and another side of the circular-arc receiving surface is continuous with a regulation inner surface formed on the projection portion in a state of being opposed to the distal end surface. With this, a receiving groove is formed, and a control gap is defined between the regulation inner surface and the flange. The close contact of the surface with the distal end surface is achieved with a magnet of an advancing/retreating type provided in the supply rod.

摘要: A battery module including a bus bar for increasing weldability between the bus bar and an electrode terminal of a cylindrical battery cell, increasing a heat dissipation efficiency, and reducing current loss is provided. The battery module includes: cylindrical battery cells; a module housing; and a bus bar, wherein the bus bar includes: a main body portion that is positioned at a top or a bottom of the plurality of cylindrical battery cells and has a plate shape having upper and lower surfaces that are broader than a lateral surface of the main body portion in a horizontal direction; and a contact portion that is configured to electrically contact and be connected to an electrode terminal formed in one of the plurality of cylindrical battery cells, extends and protrudes from the main body portion in a horizontal direction, is stepped from the main body portion in a direction toward where the electrode terminal is positioned, and includes a branched structure bifurcated in two directions with respect to a direction in which the contact portion extends and protrudes from the main body portion, wherein an embossed protrusion protruding toward where the electrode terminal is positioned is formed in the branched structure, and a contact area is set to allow a welding rod to establish electrical connection around the embossed protrusion in the branched structure.

摘要: Provided is a part stopping/passing unit for a part including a unit main body having a part passage, an opening/closing member configured to open and close the part passage, and an attracting mechanism. The opening/closing member includes a stopper surface for stopping a part and a passing hole for allowing the part to pass therethrough. The attracting mechanism is configured to position the part by an attracting force when the stopper surface takes a part stopping position, and to allow the part to pass by elimination of an attraction force when the passing hole takes a part passing position.
