The proposed modified structure changes the electrical parameters of the welding system in such a way that, despite the required unchanged maximum value of the welding current and the use of rectifier means in the form of power diodes or MOSFET transistors, it is possible to further reduce electrical losses in secondary connections that become shorter, while simplifying also the cooling of rectifier means in the form of power diode or MOSFET transistors, which, with the proposed integration of secondary windings with output rectifier means in the form of power diode or MOSFET transistors, is cooled indirectly simultaneously with the cooling of the secondary winding. The proposed embodiment allows a significant increase in the power density of the welding transformer with an output rectifier. Because of the change in the electrical properties of the secondary part of the system, it is also possible to operate at slightly higher frequencies than 1 kHz, without parallelizing the secondary winding.

    - Der wenigstens eine weitere Blechzuschnitt (3) wird mit dem ersten Blechzuschnitt (2) durch Punktschweißen mittels eines ersten Schweißroboters (WR1) vorfixiert;
    - Die vorfixierten Blechbauteile (2, 3) werden mittels eines Handhabungsroboters (HR2) an ein Schweißkarussell (5) übergeben und dort in im wesentlichen vertikaler Position an einem Halter (11) fixiert, wobei an dem Halter (11) wenigstens eine universale Klemmvorrichtung (13) für flache Blechzuschnitte (2, 3) angeordnet ist, wobei die wenigstens eine Klemmvorrichtung (13) die Blechzuschnitte (2, 3) an einem Randbereich umgreift;
    - Das Schweißkarussell (5) führt die vorfixierten Blechbauteile (2, 3) an mehreren Schweißrobotern (WR1, WR2, WR3, WR4) vorbei, um weitere Punktschweißungen auszuführen, wobei ein Be- und Entladen des Schweißkarussells (5) parallel zum Schweißprozess ausgeführt wird;
