    摘要: Corrosion resistivity of a thermistor (2) is improved. Corrosion resistant material is used for lead wires (5A, B) of the thermistor, and an exposed portion of electrodes (3A, B) of the thermistor and a portion (6) surrounding a weld portion of the lead wires are coated with corrosion resistant material. Since the lead wires themselves are made of corrosion resistant material, there occurs no corrosion in the welding portion and a cut working portion. Further, since the lead wires and the exposed portion of the electrodes are coated with corrosion resistant material, it is possible to provide an electronic device having the extremely high corrosion resistivity and hence the high durability and reliability, with the result that the electronic device can be used for a long period without corrosion under the heavily corrosive environment, such as sulfur dioxide gas atmosphere.

    The electronic circuit (4) is provided with a memory storing data and a microcomputer (111) conducting output processing, based on the data stored in the memory. An adjusting terminal electrically connected to the electronic circuit and provided outside the housing (5) is provided, writing of the data for output adjustment conducted through the adjusting terminal into the memory is made possible after filling the silicon gel inside the housing (5).

    摘要: A hot-wire flow rate measuring apparatus includes a first thermo-sensitive resistive lement (3) disposed in the flow path of fluid under measurement, resistor unit (12; 26; 60; 70, 72) connected in series to the first sensing element, a second thermo-sensitive resistive element (6) for temperature compensation disposed in the flow path of the fluid, a control circuit (34) adapted to supply a current to the serial connection of the first sensing element and the resistor unit in response to the difference between the voltage produced by the first sensing element and the voltage produced by the second sensing element, and an output circuit (14) for producing a voltage representative of the fluid flow rate in response to the terminal voltage (V 2 ) of the resistor. The apparatus is further provided with a current circuit (20) which controls the output characteristics of the output circuit by supplying a compensation current (I 20 ) proportionate to the terminal voltage of the resistor (12) to a portion of the serial connection.
