    摘要: The present invention discloses a user permission allocation method and device. The method includes: acquiring currently collected facial feature information of a user; determining a difference degree of the current facial feature information of the user according to the acquired facial feature information of the user and facial feature information included in stored standard sample information; and allocating a user permission to the user according to the determined difference degree. Compared with a manner of using a fixed face threshold, a difference degree of current facial feature information of the user is determined, and when a user permission is allocated to the user, an external factor that affects the collected facial feature information is used as a reference factor, which means that a higher difference degree of the collected facial feature information indicates a lower user permission allocated to the user, so that the user permission of the user is dynamically allocated, a problem of low authentication efficiency is effectively avoided, and a problem of poor authentication security can also be avoided, and authentication reliability of a facial recognition technology is effectively improved.

    摘要: A method for coding multi-view video images is provided in the present invention. The method comprises: obtaining dependencies between inter-view reference images for a viewpoint image; and encoding the viewpoint image in motion skip mode according to the obtained dependencies and preset motion dependencies, where the motion dependencies exist between inter-view reference images for a non-anchor image which has no inter-view reference image. The existence of the inter-view reference image depends on the dependency between viewpoint images. When the video image at the current viewpoint lacks inter-view reference images, no reference image is available for invoking in the reference image queue, and the multi-view video image coding or decoding is impossible for the current block of the video image in motion skip mode. In the embodiments of the present invention, motion dependencies between inter-view reference images for the image under coding are set, and therefore, the coding and the decoding of the multi-view video images in motion skip mode are simplified, and the efficiency in and the gain of coding the multi-view video image are improved.

    摘要: An adaptive frame prediction method includes: using at least one block partition method to partition an MB that needs to perform intra-frame prediction; using at least one prediction mode to predict each sub-block in each block partition result and obtaining a sub-block residual of a current sub-block; selecting multiple transformation methods according to the sub-block type to transform each sub-block residual and obtain the code-rate distortion ratio of the current sub-block; performing frame prediction for the MB according to the block partition method, the prediction mode, and the transformation method corresponding to the code-rate distortion ratio of a minimum value among all code-rate distortion ratios. An adaptive prediction apparatus disclosed herein includes: a block partition module, a predicting module, a transforming module, a selecting module, and a frame predicting module. The method and the apparatus herein perform the intra-frame or inter-frame coding flexibly, get more adaptive to the local texture statistic features of the MBs, and improve the coding efficiency.
