The invention relates to: a method for bonding two surfaces by means of a reactive adhesive film system comprising at least two adhesive films (F1 and F2), wherein each adhesive film comprises at least one reactive component (R1 and R2), wherein the bonding is effected via a reaction requiring the presence of both reactive components (R1 and R2), wherein a separation layer (T) that is impermeable for the reactive components (R1 and R2) is provided before the bonding between the adhesive films (F1 and F2) to be brought in contact with one another in order to react, and, in order to effect the bonding, the separation layer (T) is removed at least on some sections of the surface by means of a laser, so that the adhesive films (F1 and F2) come into direct contact with one another and the reaction is started in the presence of the two reaction components (R1 and R2); and a reactive adhesive film system for use in said method.

The present invention provides a primer for adhesive tapes with improved adhesion-promoting properties. This is achieved with a primer comprising a mixture G, which is dissolved or dispersed in one or more solvents, consisting of at least one co-polymer obtained by co-polymerization of a monomer mixture, comprising an amount of at least 90 wt% of the following monomers: vinylcaprolactam and/or vinylpyrrolidone; - one or more of the monomers a) and/or b): a) acrylic acid ester of a linear, primary alcohol having 2 to 10 carbon atoms in the alkyl group of the alcohol, b) acrylic acid ester of a branched, non-cyclic alcohol having 3 to 12 carbon atoms in the alkyl group of the alcohol, - at least one chlorinated polyolefin, and at least one metal compound selected from the group consisting of metal acetylacetonates, metal alkoxides and alkoxy-metal acetylacetonates.

A biodegradable pressure-sensitive adhesive is to be provided, additionally having the particular feature of good shear strength at relatively high temperatures. This is achieved by the chemical crosslinking of a polyurethane prepolymer obtainable by the chemical reaction of a) one or more aliphatic polyester polyols A having a hydroxyl functionality of 1.8 up to and including 2 and a number-average molecular weight of greater than/equal to 1000 g/mol; b) one or more compounds B having a hydroxyl functionality of 1.8 up to and including 2 and a molecular weight of less than 1000 g/mol; and c) one or more aliphatic diisocyanates C, where the ratio of the total number of isocyanate groups to the total number of hydroxyl groups in the substances involved in the chemical reaction is greater than/equal to 0.4 and less than 1; and by the formulation of a pressure-sensitive adhesive having one or more polyurethane(s) of this kind as the main constituent.

The invention relates to a double-sided adhesive tape that has a first outer, pressure-sensitive adhesive side and a second outer, thermally-activatable side, and that comprises an at least dual-layered product construction consisting of layers A and B, layer A being a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that is chemically cross-linked by thermal initiation, or being a pressure-sensitively adhesive carrier layer chemically cross-linked by thermal initiation, layer B being a thermoplastic synthetic material-based layer, layers A and B being in direct contact with one another, and the surface of layer A, which is in direct contact with layer B, having been corona or plasma pre-treated. The invention is characterised in that said corona or plasma pre-treatment takes place in an atmosphere consisting of nitrogen, carbon dioxide or a noble gas, or a mixture of at least two of these gases.
