    摘要: Provided is a laminate which comprises a layer of a polyimide resin and a layer of an unvulcanized rubber composition, and wherein the rubber composition contains (A) a rubber component, (B) 20-100 parts by mass of a polyamide polyether elastomer per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component (A), (C) a condensation product of formaldehyde and a compound represented by formula (1) (wherein each of R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 and R 5 is independently selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, an alkyl group having 1-8 carbon atoms, a hydroxyalkyl group having 1-8 carbon atoms and an alkoxide group having 1-8 carbon atoms), (D) a methylene donor and (E) a vulcanizing agent. A laminate according to the present invention exhibits improved bonding strength between a layer of a polyimide resin and a layer of a rubber composition.

    摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pneumatic tire configured such that one of a pair of mechanical fastener members for attaching an object having a specific function is disposed on an inside surface of the pneumatic tire, the other being disposed on the side of the object having the specific function. The pair of mechanical fastener members is engaged with each other so as to install the object having the specific function on the inside surface of the pneumatic tire. The engagement of the pair of mechanical fastener members is not readily released, so that the object having the specific function can be stably and strongly held on the tire inner surface. The pneumatic tire according to the present invention includes: one or more mechanical fastener members (A) disposed on the tire inner surface, which is one member of the pair of mechanical fasteners that can be separated into two members (A), (B) and that can be engaged with each other and which is secured to the tire cavity side, and the mechanical fastener members (A), (B) include a lock mechanism for locking the engagement.

    摘要: The present invention provides a pneumatic tire provided with a mechanical fastener member for attaching an object to the inner surface of a pneumatic tire, wherein the mechanical fastener member is bonded with high bonding strength to the inner circumferential surface of the tire, and a method of manufacturing the same. The pneumatic tire of the present invention comprises a mechanical fastener member on a tire inner surface, the mechanical fastener member corresponding to a first member of a mechanical fastener separable into two members and being fixed protruding to a tire cavity side. A fixing strength of the mechanical fastener member is from 0.1 to 100 (N/mm2). A method of manufacturing the pneumatic tire comprises the steps of disposing the mechanical fastener member on an inner surface of an unvulcanized green tire so as to protrude to a tire cavity side; disposing a collar member between a region approximate to a protruding tip of a protruding portion of the mechanical fastener member and the inner surface of the green tire around the mechanical fastener member to fill a space formed therebetween; and vulcanization molding the green tire. The collar member is removed after the above steps.
