摘要: Disclosed is a biodegradable polyester composition, comprising the following components in percentage by weight: i) 58-80 parts of aliphatic-aromatic copolyester; ii) 20-32 parts of starch; and iii) 0-10 parts of processing assistant agents. According to the present invention, it can be unexpectedly found during studies that the aliphatic-aromatic copolyester in which the aromatic carboxylic acid is 44 mol%-48 mol% as the total amount of diacid is used as a base resin, the crystalline peak width D of the aliphatic-aromatic copolyester is 5°C-6°C, and the starch having the particle size D(50) of 2 µm-12 µm is used as another phase; meanwhile, a processing assistant agent having the particular content is added, the polyester composition obtained by preparing has excellent transverse and longitudinal tear strength, meets industrial compost, and has more than 90% of biodegradation rate in a 12-week degradation test process.

摘要: Disclosed are a biodegradable polyester and the use thereof, said biodegradable polyester comprising: A) an acid component comprising the following repeating units: 40-48 mol% of terephthalic acid A1; 38.5-50 mol% of sebacic acid A2; and 2-20 mol% of aliphatic dibasic acid A3 having a carbon chain length with less than or equal to 6 carbons; and B) a butanediol. With a low content of terephthalic acid, the introduction of the aliphatic dibasic acid monomer having a carbon chain length with less than or equal to 6 carbons sensibly improves the mechanical property of the material, specifically, when storing the material in a humid environment so as to maintain the good mechanical property retention rate.

摘要: The present invention discloses a poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate) resin composition, comprising the following components: a. poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate); and b. an alkane, which is at least one selected from the group consisting of hexadecane, heptadecane, octadecane, nonadecane and eicosane; wherein a weight content of the alkane is 5ppm-1000ppm based on a total weight of the poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate) resin composition. The present invention controls the content of alkane in the composition within a range of 5ppm-1000ppm by adding an alkane, which not only enables the poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate) resin to have obviously improved blow molding properties, a film thickness range of less than 0.3 µm, and a relative deviation of film thickness of less than 2.0%, thereby guaranteeing a bubble stability and a continuity of blow molding, but also enables the film material to prevent the ink from stripping off the film material, and to prevent excessive ink from adhering to the film material in the printing process, so that the film shows excellent printing performance.

摘要: The present invention discloses a semi-aromatic polyester, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The content of hydroxyl in a semi-aromatic polyester is controlled, and particularly, the content of hydroxyl linked to aliphatic dicarboxylic acid in the semi-aromatic polyester is controlled to 17-40 mmol/kg, the content of hydroxyl linked to aromatic dicarboxylic acid in the semi-aromatic polyester is controlled to 17-40 mmol/kg, and the total content of hydroxyl is controlled to 35-80 mmol/kg, such that the compatibility of the semi-aromatic polyester with materials, e.g., polylactic acid can be significantly improved, thereby obtaining a high-strength tear-resistant film material.

摘要: The present invention relates to a polylactic acid 3D printing material and a preparation method thereof, which belong to the technical field of polymer materials. The polylactic acid 3D printing material of the present invention comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: (a) 40-95 parts of crystalline or semi-crystalline polylactic acid, (b) 5-60 parts of noncrystalline polylactic acid, and (c) 0-1.0 parts of a processing aid. In the polylactic acid 3D printing material, a weight of dextral polylactic acid represents 0.5%-8% of a total weight of the polylactic acid. According to the present invention, a polylactic acid 3D printing material with a good aging resistance property can be obtained, by selecting and using two kinds of polylactic acids with different optical purities as raw materials, rationally distributing the proportional relationship between the two, and defining the content of dextral polylactic acid. Studies show that the viscosity retention rate of the polylactic acid 3D printing material of the present invention reaches 70% or more after storage in a constant-temperature and -humidity chamber (at a temperature at 60°C and a humidity of 60%) for 12 days.

摘要: The present invention discloses a biodegradable polyester composition, wherein based on a total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, a weight content of glycidyl methacrylate is 0.05ppm-10ppm. In the present invention, by adding a trace amount of glycidyl methacrylate into a chosen formula of the biodegradable polyester composition and controlling the weight content of glycidyl methacrylate which finally remains in the biodegradable polyester composition as 0.05ppm-10ppm, a compatibility between aliphatic-aromatic polyester and polylactic acid in the biodegradable polyester composition can be greatly enhanced, which enables the biodegradable polyester composition to have excellent surface property of film material, and no fisheye occurs on the film material because of a fluctuation of processing technique.
