Identifying information can be retrieved from the device, and it can be determined whether the identifying information correlates to identifying information for a profile in an invitee list for a current meeting at the meeting place. If the retrieved identifying information correlates to identifying information for the profile in the invitee list for the meeting at the meeting place, then the profile can be included as an attendee at the meeting (e.g., by including identifying information for the profile in an attendee list). The identifying information such as the attendee list may also be used to perform one or more additional acts, such as sending notifications, personalizing settings, etc.

    摘要： A communication manager establishes a call between two or more participants on two or more communication devices. The call can be an audio or video call. A call request is sent from one of the communication devices to conference an additional communication device to the call. For example, a participant in the call decides to conference an additional person further discuss an idea.
    An information manager gets a roster of the participants. In addition to the call request, the roster of the participants is sent to the additional communication device. The additional communication device receives the call request and the roster. The roster its displayed to the user of the additional communication device. The user can then indicate to answer the call request. If answered, the additional communication device sends an indication that the call was answered and the additional communication device is conferenced into the call.

    摘要： In a method of including a further telecommunications device (5) in an existing call between a number of telecommunications devices already connected to each other through a telecommunications network (1), a signal requesting the further telecommunications device to be included is transmitted via a short-range communications link from one (4) of the devices. The requesting signal is received in a further telecommunications device, and an acknowledgement signal is transmitted in response to the requesting signal to the first device. The acknowledgement signal comprises identification data allowing a call to the further device to be established. The further device is connected to the already connected devices via the network by use of the identification data. In this way, the participants are released from the complex process of establishing the connection. Further, any device within the range of the short-range communications link can be included in the call.
